Hi, I'm Benjamin.

I grew up in Baltimore, Maryland, and a lot of how I think about business comes from tennis. I play singles competitively, and the thing about tennis is that matches aren't ever won by one big shot. They're won by the player who keeps showing up, point after point, no matter how hard the grind gets.

I started this because I wanted to create a tool to help small business owners keep grinding. Small business owners often are sharp, but they're drowning in their inbox, retyping the same answers about pricing and scheduling instead of doing the work they're actually good at (and that makes them money). It's a small, boring problem that quietly eats hours every week.

So I decided to build the systems that handle it: templates, an assistant, and an FAQ tool that all sound like you, not like a robot.
